Newly, I talked to Dean Ledger via phone and he is aware but the stance is there wont be any PR on rumor because UDC hasnt been officially notified by anyone.

Here is the odd thing....someone posted the 10-Q comments reference 2 patents that were invalidated in March. I didnt know about these but Ledger told me they hadnt been notified on that either so i dont know how in the loop he really is
