There is not enough information at the present time to predict what the stock is going to do. Here are some numbers to help you out. If the $300 Million deal goes through with the current share structure 34.5 Bill you are looking at pps at about 0.008-0.009 with out any buy back. If they buy back 10 Billion shares @ 0.0002 which is possible, which would cost roughly 2 Million dollars you are looking at 24.5 Billion against $298 Million which is roughly about 0.015 pps. If they buy back 20 Billion shares at 0.0002 which is 4 Million you are looking at 14.5 Billion against $296 Million which is roughly a pps of 0.03.
