Raymond, that link is very old. If you go to reservepetroleumcalifornia.com you will find no mention of Renfro or Petroleum Capital, LC. Johnson did some business with Reserve several years ago and one of Reserves principals, Mr. Van Mount, is a good friend of Johnson. Whoever put the site uo erred. Johnson has never had an interest or been an officer of Petroleum Capital LC (note LC not LLC) which originally was permitted in Texas. Renfro was hired by Johnson as CEO of Omni Oil and Gas Inc. in 2003 or 2004 and was removed in 2007. I have had contact with Johnson, Nicholson and Griffiths and none of them are affiliated with Renfro at this time. Back to Reserve. They put that data on their website back when they were looking to do some projects with Johnson et. al. and at that time Johnson was using Petroleum Capital as his operator which Renfro kindly allowed as Johnson did not have an operating entity in Texas. Later, Rockwell Oil Co. and today Stonegate Operators, Inc. is Johnson's operator. I am a large shareholder of BYSD and want this information clarified. So again, Johnson NOR BYSD is working with Renfro OR his companies on any project at this time.
