My question for all or should I say PK is; why does he always file for a late extension?
Nothing has really changed, still no revenue. The only changes should be more incurred debt and maybe some new (you would think) forward looking statements........

But this isn't rocket science here, no reason for the late filing and darn sure no reason not to file before the extension runs out and be delisted.
No one should be that irresponsible but guess what, here we are, delisted........
PK is hack and a swindler, this schit just drags on and on and it's still real dark in the tunnel.......
