FYI: I spoke with Jonathan Lafevers, Owner of Cordele Intermodal Systems (CIS) today to confirm the report of Vega as a contracted entity for CIS

He did confirm that they have signed on with CIS! Jonathan has a nice website with updates monthly:

This company is finally making the headway promised a long time ago and we finally have one MAJOR difference! Other known and recognized entities are confirming the existence / plan of VGPR.
