MISSION

To become the leading provider of voice and video over IP (VoIP) communications services.

THE MARKET

Globalpreneurs estimates it can sell 50,000 video phone for VoX by December 31, 2011. In-Stat estimates there will be 138 million active mobile VoIP users by 2014. TMCnet.com reports that by 2019, half of all mobile calls worldwide will be made on an IP network.

THE COMPANY

Pervasip is a new generation communications company providing telephone services through its wholly owned subsidiary, VoX Communications Corp. VoX offers scalable and reliable Voice-over-Internet Protocol (“VoIP”) origination and termination services to cable, wireless and wireline operators, as well as enhanced VoIP telephone service to the small business and residential marketplaces. VoX’s proprietary IP platform enables superior quality and service at very low fixed costs, which has allowed VoX to launch mobile VoIP apps for smart phone users and a high quality video-VoIP product.

VIDEO PHONE OPPORTUNITY

VoX has signed Globalpreneurs as its marketing agent to sell the Ojo Vision Digital Video Phone to consumers and businesses. The Ojo Vision is a robust full-featured phone that runs extremely well on the VoX VoIP network. The video phone is very easy and fun to use, even for consumers who have poor technical skills, because it is a plug and play device. It plugs into an Internet connection and an electrical outlet. It allows people to see people that they otherwise would not see, and there is no one-or two- second delay in voice and video transmission like there is with certain video services that run over the Internet on a PC. The Ojo phone manufacturer reports to us that HSN has ordered 1,000 Ojo phones, and Bausch & Lomb has ordered 200 Ojo phones and is looking to order 400 more. VoX is in discussions with the manufacturer to be the carrier of choice. Currently, other VoIP carriers are utilized for most of the Ojo phones in service. However, those carriers cannot perform certain technical tasks, such as delivering video voice mail, and VoX can.

COMPANY GROWTH

VoX intends to be a leader in video VoIP services, by selling directly through Globalpreneurs and by enabling private labeled offerings to existing broadband service providers. During the next 12 months, it expects to increase from 22,000 lines in service to over 100,000 lines in service.

Low Fixed Costs

§ VoX’s network equipment cost per subscriber is $5.

§ Ability to scale our softswitch architecture in relatively small capital increments. $100,000 in additional equipment is a standard purchase to add additional capacity of 20,000 lines.

§ VoX pays no software license fees, as we own our technology.

§ The rental costs of a colo facility and the IP circuits in and out of the facility are inexpensive.
