The last 2 days is nothing Thomas. Of course you'll get about $30k on the Rite-aid type of news in a 8k, but that really is peanuts. What matters is whether there is volume showing momentum building in anticipation of something REAL. I haven't seen it.
As to Lifestyles, I don't know that they are the sex-product company. If they are, all the more reason for the company to say something in their defense. I doubt that is who they are using though. Usually companies say something about the companies that are providing them with funding. It is not IMO credible to say nothing, esp when the primary company that comes up with a google search is a sex-product company.
As to the company responding, it has been a week. Too long to not respond, IMO, but I do understand that some companies are spread too thin to respond in a timely manner.
