I would expect no less from S.F.B!!! Obviously the market doesn't share your excitement over the Network Talent.

Cephas investors will never see any value from the Network because Klamka stuffed the meager 10% ownership into the subsidiary, Legend Studios, that, like Cephas, has huge debt. Any profits IF ANY, will go directly to Klamka.

If Klamka really wanted Cephas investors to get anything, he wouldn't have stuffed it into a partially owned subsidiary. The latest SEC filing from Cephas says Legend studio is majority owned and gives no reference to the other owner(s). Gee, I wonder if it is Bartonpk, owned byt the only employee, Peter Klamka.
