I think it’s understandable to have some delays here and there…..
but….
It sure sounds like someone (Anthony Mellone) is stringing someone (Investors) along.


It’s like a kid who never turns in his homework – but always has an excuse…I don’t have my homework because…..

(Chastain Assay Report – Laughable)



I have a problem with the Assay Report for the Lucky Linda Mine.

The report was done by the company (see header of above)CHASTAIN & Associates Refining from Seminole, Oklahoma. There is no address/phone # on letterhead …. This seems strange?)

CHASTAIN & Associates Refining. Seminole, Oklahoma –DOES IT REALLY EXIST?

I could not find a shred of evidence on CHASTAIN & Associates Refining… NOTHING.


FYI.. The report is signed by a 78 year old treasure hunter/ alien collector named “Dayne Chastain” from Seminole, OK.

“It is an odd skeleton … that Chastain believes may be an alien life form. …..he's carrying it to Roswell, New Mexico, in a plastic bucket full of preserving alcohol.”

Why didn’t Anthony Mellone use an Assayer from Nevada (where the Lucky Linda Mine is located)?

Why use an Assayer from Seminole, Oklahoma? And why this one?

This makes me feel that Anthony Mellone is not being honest…i.e “A SCAM”.

(1 /2 mile x 200 feet area contains 1 /2 of Nevada’s Gold - Laughable)


I have a problem with Anthony Mellone claiming that their Lucky Linda mine has a gold reserve greater then HALF THE GOLD EVER FOUND IN NEVEADA from a 1 /2 mile by 200 foot area.

Not only is it ludicrous for Anthony Mellone to say he has more HALF THE GOLD EVER FOUND IN NEVEADA in his very in his VERY FIRST GOLD MINE… But to say that all this gold is contained is such a small area (1 /2 mile x 200 feet) is just ….

….Well just seems like a Blatant Lie.

The Paid Press Release said:
Concering the COS #1 & #2 mines…“Samples were extracted and as we speak are being sent to Tucson, where an analyst will determine the quality and the amount of reserves in the property.”

(No Assay Report for Tri-Star’s only Active Mine - Wickenburg)


I have a problem with Anthony Mellone because there is NO ASSAY REPORT FOR TRI-STAR’S ONLY ACTIVE MINE (WICKENBURG)


You always get an Assay Report before staring any type of commercial mining operation.


THERE IS NO ASSAY REPORT FOR THE ACTIVE WICKENBURG MINE
(yet they are mining it & sent in heavy equipment on 12/8/08 for a 200 ton/day operation)


If there was an (encouraging) assay report for Wickenburg – it seems obvious Anthony Mellone would post it.



Some uninformed people may claim that because Wickenburg is a Placer mine – no report is needed. - THEY ARE WRONG.

According Scott Spooner (Tri-Star’s Geologist):

“Placer mining refers to the process of mining alluvial deposits for minerals. Tri-Star Chief Geologist Scott Spooner targeted and negotiated the deal and stated that sampling and testing of alluvial materials to determine the quality and quantity of the precious metals reserves in the placer claim”

- Send out a plethora of Paid Press Releases
- Show pictures of himself & Mel Gibson (on his website)

But Anthony Mellone won’t show an Assay Report for TSHL’s Only Active Gold Mine……… PLEASE!

This Smells to High Heaven!

I have a problem with Anthony Mellone promising $20,000/day in gold revenue and delivering ZERO.

This is what Anthony Mellone said on Nov 25, 2008:
“Azrock Mining should be processing upwards of 35 tons per day beginning this week…. we should be able to maintain processing 35 tons a day, generating at least $20,000.00 a day in gold recovery revenues for the first two to three weeks ($140,000.00 producing seven days a week). “
