Feeeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww, just finished reading first pass of the 10-Q. Looks Gooooood!

1. I am impressed that they submitted it on the 13th, it was not due until today the 15th, which would have allowed them until tomorrow the 16th. Perhaps a chance for folks to review it prior to a possible PR?

2. The continuous improvement in the quality of the reporting really stands out! Unfortunately, it appears that as the reporting is improving, it may confuse some regarding what they are reading. Ex. It now shows 540,610,326,240 Weighted average common shares outstanding, diluted. This is a number that we most likely have not seen before, it has always been there, albeit not quite as large. It includes all convertible debt, and preferred shares (If they were converted to common), divided by the current share price, which is .0001. If the share price goes up only one tick, just 1/100 of a penny, it will cut that number in half. As the stock price continues to rise, that number will continue to shrink. Obviously as YAGI gets paid off, that number will shrink in a major way.

3. The award of nearly 5M in performance bonuses really came at a time when it was needed the most. I think the original potential was 7M. Is there more to come to reach that additional 2M? Or is it that they performed well, but did not quite achieve their full potential? Time will tell.

4. We still do not have everyone on line, so there is even more upside coming from Q2

5. 10 Billion shares have been canceled! This was a commitment made by our CEO, and he put his money where his mouth is, literally.

6. We are two months away from the Mark man hearings, and I can't help but wonder what the patent infringers are thinking about this 10-Q.

7. We are already half way through the second quarter, we should see that report on August 15th, if this pattern continues, with even more COES online.

I am sure that there will always be people that will think the worse, but I can easily see the great potential in this company, and will still continue to buy shares as money becomes available.

I am convinced, without a doubt that this company has turned around, and is heading in the right direction.
