Mr Steve Davis, this is Jorge Lopehandia.

Given the fact that I know you for years, that I have forwarned you that you may be hurting MWR and its shareholders, I see the need for a clear and transparent public retort.

1. Mr Davis invested 10,000US not in Jorge R. Lopehandia but in VICENTE CARRERA ARANCIBIA directly USA to Chile, for a property named YAYOUMBI-YAROUMBI 300 kilometers away from mina Pascua, whereat Jorge Lopehandia has interest to date and has invited Steve davis to invest, but he has not done a thing for it, for close to a decade.

*** Such "investment", gave Steve Davis the thought he "may own some of Pascua deal between MWR and JR LOpehandia". Wrong Steve.

2. Steve Davis dad, spoke with me several times and "tried unsuccessfully to help me in a wrangle between me & associates and Phelps Dodge - Sumitomo" early 2000's before he past away.

In actual fact, "his help", became a warning to Phelps who sold all its assets to FREEPORT MCMORAN and fled Chile without paying us for our open pit bounded (now inside) valuable mining property.

3. Steve Davis was introduced to MWR by Jorge Lopehandia, regarding Fotzgerald case, and not until recently did Steve know that his dad had shared with such "business association with a chap of my end of the woods - Fitzgerald". That is why Jorge Lopehandia introduced Mountain Wets to Steve Davis.

Steve Davis like Barrick, have nothing to do with Pascua mine in Chile or with Jorge Lopehandia in Pascua, zero, zilch.

Yes, Steve davis has some to do with Barrick at APEX BULLFROG in accordance to him, that links him to Jorge Lopehandia Barrick.

Clyve Davis - Steve Davis, are linked to Fitzgerald-MWR file via Jorge Lopehandia. And separately each other have a file.

Barrick, has received Billions against Mina Pascua a USD40 Gold ounce cost of production mine, to start up Gold production 2000, 2003, 2006, 2007, 2009, 2011, 2012-2013 and now contracted with Silver Wheaton to produce by 2015. That is billions lost Steve.

One Million of 30% depreciatted dollars (v. Chile $), in mining terms, is a toothpick to a King's meal (Pascua) Mr. Steve Davis.

Perhaps you are overlooking to the fact that Barrick paid 1.7 Billion USD to LAC MINERALS for Pascua area claims, that are covering solely nitrates and salts 1978-2011. Not Gold!

So in the big concert of things, MWR appears as a good investor, to have to fork only 1 million to be inside of the loop at Pascua and ready to land an Option for a JV.

Think of poor USA Fed, JPM, GS, DEUTSCHEBANK AG, SLW all short at least billions from intentionally aborted Gold/Silver production by Barrick in Chile 1998 - 2011, since permitted for mining and positive metallurgical decision was completed 1998.

This time I shall give you a public warning Mr. Steve Davis.

Your Fitzgerald settlement funds, will not be enough to pay Jorge Lopehandia or MWR shareholders for the slander and libelous, perjurious statements you have written against Jorge Lopehandia and or MWR, his honourable clients.

Four your knowledge, Mina Pascua is worth tens of Billions USD.

Hence one puny million to secure rights and time over 2010-2011, looks more like a commendable fine formula to allow the public to get rich, and not the banksters or manipulators of stock prices.

Let the market cap Mina Pascua to MWR and speak for itself when all matters at law are decided and MWR's halt is lifted.

Do not try to "help" or be a "soothsayer" with non applicable slander. Please!

Mr. Davis, you are not the market.

Firstly. 1 Million USD? Let the public decide. Not your harenges

Secondly. 1 Million does not suffice for 1 lawyer fees to fight ABX, not one, on record, not in Canada, not at Pascua's big file.

Thirdly, 1 Million dollars does not buy a D11 or D10 Caterpillar nor one of the many 200 tons trucks to be required for the task or none of the multiple loaders - stripping machines or miners.

You have overlooked the wasted Billions by Barrick and made the 1 million wise decision of MWR look as a "bad business practice".

In fact, it seems as the best invested 1 million of all public mining companies since the Exchange has come to business records.

(true barrick stole Pascua for 20USD equivalent and has not [paid for Pierina mine in Peru yet, but...)

You are herein urged to rearange your own mixed facts, to arrive to the proper real conclusions, full of fundamentals and evidence.

Namely:

Mountain West and Jorge Lopehandia are in the business of mineral concessions that are free clean and cleared to Jorge Lopehandia at 2011 over LAC MINERALS areas of 1994 - (to Barrick Gold Corporation - the only thing they may call MIna Pascua in Chile)

Barrick instead, is in the business of peddling a Stock Exchange mining property "public fraud" via a flawed PASCUA LAMA PROTOCOL trading stolen assets at worldwide exchanges and media.

Take your pick Mr. Davis who would you invest?

In Barrick who lied via Stockwatch, saying it won on Appeals 2007 the Pascua claims back? (if Jorge Lopehandia has titles at 2011?)

or in MWR who knows that SUPREME COURT OF CHILE 2008 quashed Barrick's arrogant lawsuit to impeach Judge Maria Isabel reyes Kokisch and her brilliant June 19th, 2006 Judgment that stripped ownership of Mina Pascua from Barrick et al, to date?

And MWR that has on its possession clean and cleared title to Jorge Lopehandia?

There is a business that will succeed in full blue sky, tha business is called ... MWR - Lopehandia @ Pascua Mine Chile area.

There is a huge fraud uncovered, documented and law, to be enforced in multiple jurisdictions, law enforced at this time in Chile, which is called Barrick Gold Corporation v. Jorge Lopehandia, a business whereat MWR's shareholders are harmless

The only thing that may hurt a clean business such as the one MWR is entering into for the benefit of its sharehoders and the public, are irresponsible diatribes by people that mix apples and oranges to justify aspirations to watermelons and pineapples.

Respectfully I advise you Mr. Davis, to respect the facts of record, MWR shareholders, the public's right to know the truth, only the truth and nothing but tjhe truth, so help us God.

Please refrain from slandering my name.

If you do so Mr. Davis, you shall be true to your word, and shall be respecting the people you say you do, namely MWR - Mr. Brent Johnson, President.

Thankfully yours.

Jorge R Lopehandia
Mina Pascua Chile, 100% owner.
