We can easily find out the earnings from 10/2010 for TAC Air. Gerald told me that at 1 times earnings, the share price would be 2.5 cents on paper back in October. The O/S was like 2 billion then. He said he sat down with both companies and came up with this number. (.025)
So 2 billion Times .025=$50,000,000
So according to Gerald(IR) back in October, pre merger, the deal would make TADF a $50 million dollar company.
Zero to $50 million, just like that. That is why it ran to .05 for starters.
Now we have this leasing agreement on top of this.
I'm a numbers, black and white kind of guy, and this is what I believe to be right.
Keep in mind the O/S could be double, but not more. So say double as worse case scenerio, .0125 per share at 1 times earnings. If we trade 12 times earnings which is ridiculously low, that's .15 cents per share.
Can we all live with that!
