GENG (CIK No. 1099358) is a delinquent Delaware corporation located in Plano, Texas with a class of securities registered with the Commission under Exchange Act Section 12. As of March 30, 2011, the common stock of GENG (symbol GENG) was quoted on OTC Link, had seven market makers, and was eligible for the piggyback exception of Exchange Act Rule 15c2-11(f)(3).

GENG has failed to comply with Exchange Act Section 13(a) and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 thereunder because it has not filed any periodic reports with the Commission since the period ended September 30, 2006.

In view of the foregoing, the Commission deems it necessary and appropriate for the protection of investors to impose the sanction specified in Respondent’s Offer.

Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that:

Pursuant to Section 12(j) of the Exchange Act, the registration of each class of Respondent’s securities registered pursuant to Exchange Act Section 12 be, and hereby is, revoked.

I guess the attorney letter that Christopher Davies did for GENG on March 16, 2011 didn't do much to satisfy the SEC.

Filing a Form 15 for a stock 4 1/2 years removed from the last financial report is never a good thing. Something GENG shareholders had to learn the hard way.


Of note: GENG was a Nuemark Group LLC company.



I also noticed that the Form 15 filed by GENG mistakenly uses the wrong company name. Instead of saying Global Energy Group Inc is says NRP Stone Inc.
