Respectfully, if the EXTO Transfer Agent (TA) was gagged, then I would lean more towards the company diluting.

However, I was here back when EXTO was trading in the .0004 per share range as indicated below:

There was much frustration from many that had bought in the .000s per share ranges and higher. Many averaged down. Again, I think the selling is retail and will subside somewhat to allow for new investors to come in EXTO that appreciates what the company is transforming into. Patience will do well for those choosing to remain as shareholders in my opinion.
