Also the float increased by 151 million shares Sept 09 - Feb 10, before that from July to Sept it increased over 200 million and is probably where the shares for the 504 came from as it was already in progress... if as MLR portends that shares came from preferred shares seems that those too would have been restricted and they would have just gone into the restricted O/S Paul was increasing the tradable float at the same time...

maybe (after looking at the 32 footers I see why he upgraded to the 45 footer puts you in a whole other league... jmho
