BEHL caught red handed

BEHL was caught red handed stealing designs from other companies (without permission) and then trying to pass them off as their own.

Take a look at the pictures on the products page of MagneGas Corp's website

http://www.magnegas.com/products.html

Now take a look at the quarterly report filed by BEHL on February 25, 2011 (skip down to page 8 and look at the pictures on that page). Look familiar?

The BEHL promoter also was passing around an identical picture to the Magnegas Demo station telling people that it was BEHL's new waste to energy station. The BEHL promoter has since removed the picture from his posts and deleted it from his photo bucket page, but it has been preserved forever thanks to the due diligence of FuzzyGummyBear. See the following post for details:

Later the BEHL promoter changed his statement to say graphic "courtesy of Magnegas" after he was called out on the plagiarism.

This statement from the IR for Magnegas, Justin Davis, makes it very clear that Magnegas did not give BEHL permission to use their photos/graphics.

here is justins response when i mailed him about behl

Thanks, Tom. The Company already caught this as well – these guys cut-and-pasted info directly from the MagneGas Website directly into their own annual report. MagneGas has ZERO affiliation with these crooks and Company legal counsel has already issued an official cease-and-desist order.

It should be no surprise to anybody that a company that has been a fraud from day one that has had the dubious honor of having so many dubious shady characters connected to it throughout the years, BEHL, would be committing more fraudulent acts even as it trades at no bid.

This can also be taken as more evidence that the BEHL promoter who claims no affiliation with the company is very much involved in not only promoting the company, but also in the every day execution and decision making of the company and its scandalous operations.

Another related company to keep an eye on is CBYI. Like BEHL, Roger Pawson controls CBYI in the background (in my opinion through my research).

CBYI also started a new "waste to energy" initiative shortly after BEHL did. CBYI has never been a "waste to energy" company or even a "green" company until the latest promo done on the stock a few weeks ago.

How convenient that its "operations" are taking place in the same place that Roger Pawson lives, Scottsdale, Arizona

CBYI is a company that should be closely scrutinized for fraud and plagiarism moving forward. Insiders dumping have hurt that stock after it came back to life thanks to an update to the NV SOS filings a few weeks ago, but no share price is too low for this group of insiders running the show in the background to try to sucker in a few more buyers for their shares.
