You do realize that the post you are responding to is from February - way before any of the current activity with BNPD started and it was in response to a post about Pulver (the owner of the shell from way back).

If you paid attention to the recent information put out by BNPD they said that Pawson/Padilla were in default for the payments promised for the BNPD shell. Not sure if it is true or not, but they are basically saying that Pawson/Padilla lost control of the shell for non-payment.

BNPD was used by the person behind BEHL (Roger Pawson) to pump BEHL by promising BEHL shareholders a dividend (ownership of BNPD shares). The dividend never happened as promised. It all turned out out be nothing but another con job by Pawson and his crew. Since Pawson/Padilla never even made the payments to get control of the BNPD (according to the new management of BNPD) then they weren't even close to being able to follow through with those promised dividends.

Everything from my post is true. Go back and look at who was listed as the officers of BNPD before this current management took over. Alex Padilla was listed as the president.

Go back and look who the paid PR person was for BNPD - Dale Beaten - same person that was paid to promote all the other Pawson shells.

BNPD has a very dirty history with lots of shady people connected to the company in the past.

The company has never done an SEC or OTC filing ever which makes it a huge threat to get suspended and revoked at any time especially if any big paid promotions are used to pump the stock.

If you are looking for any more current posts by me about the BNPD shell since the new management took over earlier this month I have only made one so far.

I wouldn't get too excited about the company. Most respectable business people looking to go public with a respectable business would find a nice clean shell to use. BNPD is one of the dirtier ones out there.

Gouger makes it sound like he has quite the long background in the oil and gas field (though he really doesn't go into detail about any major successes), but his choice of shell trumps his background by far.... in my book at least.

I think plenty of time has passed for Gouger to come up with some kind of filing. Why hasn't he done one yet?
