After last night's game nothing can phase me :)
And I'm sitting on higher average price looking down. The thought keeps occuring to me to sell and buy back lower, but you know the second I try that Ray will announce a JV signing or something.

BTW when he talked about only being willing to partner up with someone who either offered producing properties in return and/or extensive compatible experience, did any name happen to pop into your head?

(got to think about something new now that Ray squashed the loop specualtion or I'll slowly go crazy watching the sp)
