$$NFRM:ONLY 40 MILLION FLOATING! Small floats are typically a double edge sword! They can go either direction with very little volume, but when you're in a situation where the stock is so close to its 52 week low as with NFRM it would be incredibly unwise to not participate so close to the low.this one is a runner off the bottom folks
