This email is to update investors regarding the merger with farm equipment reseller Integrity Sales & Services, and PRMK.
The merger process has been moving ahead following a delay over past several days due to scheduling and traveling conflicts, but is currently oncourse to be closed as soon as today, if it has not been closed already. The Company will be releasing a press release announcing the closure of the merger, and also has a number of promotional events lined up.
Following the closure in the next day or so, the Company will embark on a number of press releases regarding their farm equipment business, which has been so strong that according to the company it has been hard to keep up with all the demand. We will also be conducting a live investor conference call for the company to provide some background on the company, its history, operations, and management experience within the farm equipment sector.
As crop prices continue their climb higher, farmers have been adding new farm equipment to take advantage of the current market prices, and this has been very positive for PRMK and their revenue projections for the current fiscal year.
The company is also in the process of filing the appropiate forms to uplist their status on OTC Markets, and will be updating their website within the next couple of weeks, and embarking on a number of road show events to meet with investors around the country.
