1. Exxxisting Cloud Computing valueations are going up at a 50%/yr. avg. rate

2. Buyout target Cloud Computing valueations are going up at a 300%/yr. avg. rate

3. And therez newly minted $800 million mkt cap Cloud Computing ipos hitting the market..

I know old timerz have been waiting a long time, I exxxxpect a deal here within 1 month if the "Thurd Man" frontloder is the dealmaker, or 1-2 months if another bidder shows up..
