Reverse split 10 million shares to become 1 share (1:10,000,000)and bought yours @ hair split of cent a share. After a scam had done, LCCI has made alot of money. So, individual investor took a lost and Big Guy is taking a big gain. This is the way of Wall Street thief is doing business in stock market now. Where is the law to protect investor? none
