Whether this is the same Carol Robichaud that the Nevada SOS lists for CSCE is unknown; nevertheless it seems highly unlikely that two people share that name in the not-so-large town of Mississauga, Canada, especially where the linked Ms. Robichaud seems to work in a field very much needed by whatever entity or person owns the CSCE shell.
