This is a Gross Exaggeration of an oversight!

Accountant made a very simple Human error and Report will be updated on Pinksheets. To call it "Smoking Gun", accountant listing 2 + 2 = 3 is evidence of serious discrepancy, distortion of income amounts and suspected tax fraud to be reported to The Department of Justice IRS tip line! Than mysterious "stockholder cash infusion of $651,089" certainly provide grounds for inquiry by securities regulators and tax authorities. These are all false and exaggerated claims just like previous Delaware Tax assessment was not Tax evasion but a simple oversight from a missed report that was responded to by me immediately and handled as promised. This simple Human error by accountant will be corrected just like Delaware filing oversight was corrected as I promised it would be.
