I have been doing search for Huiming and Ankang too. I found what you found for Huiming. here are some info for Ankang:

The first one in the list is Cannon (China) Dalian Branch. Ankang Agri was registered with $2.8M foreign investment, for trading and processing agri products.

The another link here shows the trademark of "Lesser Khingan Range" is about to be renewed. It shows up in the rotating area on top of the page.

It is really not much online info for Huiming and Ankang. It seems they have not used e-commerce yet such as Alibaba. But they should.

There is a real need for CNOA to show more info in their new websites in both Chinese and English websites in the near future. This is not difficult to do.
