The link shows the list of companies requested by the Tax authority to send the personnel for training for paying tax online, Dalian Huiming (????) is on this list:

Here is another link showing list of the companies located in Dalian FTZ but Not paying the taxes on time, exposed by Dalian FTZ Tax Authority. Dalian Huiming is not in this list!!
