I just spoke with attorneys handling the case!!! Loeb & Loeb still representing, Even told me they are representing the Nasdaq appeal. My gosh, I was surprised to get an answer. I expressed my concerns to them, (pity story of shareholders, disabled vet, I laid it on them). They said PR was NOT DOING THEIR JOB, and would definetly pass that on ASAP. I do not know whether to give name out here or not. I was actually on a 3-way call with 2 other attorneys located in NY......I thanked them!!!!!
