Just got off the phone with Glen Kennedy.I ask him for an update. He was very guarded about what he could say. He told me he has identified a potential acquisition but could not elaborate and that he is working on a PR but it will not be released until the the deal is done. He does not want to release any fluff PRs. I ask him if there was any insider selling and he said not to his knowledge. Not to obtain funds for an acquisition, at least not at this time. FWIW
