I was told by someone in the know a few months ago that this bill had died back then....old news!

This bold section is the part to hang your hat on:

"The Seattle Times editorial board recently said marijuana should be legalized and there’s a chance voters will get a chance to weigh in on the matter soon. Sponsors of a measure that would legalize marijuana use by people 18 and older are collecting signatures to try to get an initiative before the people this fall. To qualify for the November ballot, initiative sponsors need to get the signatures of more than 241,000 registered voters by July 8. Last year a similar effort fell short by about 50,000 signatures.

In January, a SurveyUSA/KING5 poll found that a slim majority of people in Washington state – 51 percent – thought marijuana should be made legal."

Make no mistake...this initiative 1135 will get the requisite signatures well before that due date...That is the one to watch for our sector, because when it happens, these stocks will go berzerk!

The issue with last year's initiative was that it was written improperly, and the mistakes have now been corrected in the current writeup.

Looking forward to hopefully watching history in the making, and even if the vote isn't succesful (as in P-19 in California), there will be mad money to be made before that happens.

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!

JMHO!
