After reading this message and believing you. My friends & I who have been investors in UITA decided to contact the SEC, the transfer agent and all the principles involved with this company to find out why the selling. What we found was the company would not return calls or e-mails, the transfer agent said they would not disclose "insider" trades. The SEC told us they would investigate all the recent trades from last Nov and see if their was illegal or ethical violations. So this complaint filed by FF tells me that JD or his side-kicks have been dumping. I agree with chief that this court order is great news as now we will find out what is going on with the heads of UITA and hopefully FF takes full control and builds the planes. The orders are in and the need for these types of aircraft continues to increase.
