1.06 Expense to Licensee.
NETWORK has already compensated 3D Eye a onetime
fee of five hundred thousand ($500,000) Dollars (the "Fee") for the
non-exclusive license to market and sell the 3D Eye Product and System
Worldwide in the Territory (specifically listed and attached as Exhibit B)
based on the terms set forth for the duration of ten (10) years.
Furthermore, 3D Eye will also receive the Royalty and Exclusive
Conversion rights as are defined in 2.03 and 2.04.
