With the strength/volume in the stock after the bad numbers, my guess is someone has looked closely at their filings and sees a lot of value in them. I was looking over the 10K and in addition to selling below cash the company has a ton of NOL's!

The problem with these value plays is you get crappy management that isn't interested in the shareholders. Never talked with management and since I have a (relatively) small position can't say that I've spent days going over things but there track record certainly isn't the greatest.

My concern would be they do a (dumb) deal they have been mentioning that in filings for some time. Personally they should be looking to cut costs, their margins should be better IMO, and not do acquisitions. Really this company smells of either being a small private company or of being part of a bigger company and they should be for sale. If someone could figure out how to capitalize on the NOL's and basically puts no value on the company (just the cash) a price 2-3x current price is not unreasonable!
