i look at the 10k with mixed emotions. glad to see they are trying to keep afloat in the least dilutive way possible however it is clear that they are running out of options. they took some salary cuts but more than made up for it with shares issued to themselves. sure this is a risk to them. what is causing the delay in the shoe launch? it must have been tied into the mold and production loans. it's a catch 22 giving away product in exchange for loans. sure it makes it less dilutive but it also prevents cash from coming in on the backend. let's hope that the products are well received and vol. increases dramatically. if someone does come to the table it's going to be a true Arse bending for us shareholders.what a shame. just wish mgm't would stop the BS PR's about 1 billion customer base, blah, blah and hiring promoters who post stupid youtube videos. they should go to their top 2 or 3 potential customers and works something out that allows for a discount, instead of totaly free, on future shipments or downloads in exchange for working capital. my 2 cents..which is what my shares will be worth shortly.
