In response to omgoing discussion being discussed you bring up a very reasonable question and facts count. There has been ongoing discussions of SEC suspense, charges of fraud, crooks, etc. for months but NO PROOF of any of these ongoing discussing like they are facts when they are just opinions no matter how elequent and convincing they sound.
Here are the facts to these discussions posing as evidence for charges.
I have "never told anybody I was flipping shares."
NEVER!
To the complete contrary many on this board when challenging were given proof of various accumulation only.
"I have never, let me repeat NEVER profited at all from buying and flipping shares."
Before I was an affiliate I offered this entire board this challenge.
Let me be very clear without spin .....

Now many of you will instantly assert I am lying so therefore I am asking those to prove this very simply by following.
I am willing to swear under penalty of perjury "I am not making any money flipping shares off my HFBG investment so many of you state this as a fact is false" and will do so under these conditions if you do not take my this as sworn fact.
Many of you who assert this can form a group to pay for an accountant in Greater Los Angeles area of your choice for me to prove this. I will spend my time without cost to go see such accountant to determine that it is a fact that "I am not making any money flipping shares off my HFBG investment so many of you state this like fact is false." Such accountant can be identified on this board for all to see and report the results for all to see.
It will than settled that I am exactly who I claim to be "independent investor who have simply been accumulating a large position of HFBG and holding it long since August 2010". It's really that simple.
I am not going to continue spending my time in reply to false alledgations being discussed on this board.
I was upset as many of you are about poor management decisions in past and made it clear in Press Release. I made it clear that we changes have been made. I would really appreciate if people give some time to deliver the change. We have real distribution since changes not promises of Lou Restivo on behalf of Biagio Cru. I made it clear in PR that deal was DONE not promised, soon or hoped to be done. That is change. I made it very clear there would be much more change.
