CGCO is selling right at its all time lows range around $0.01.

- A/S is around 50M (30,750,869 O/S at February 11 2011).
- The company has nearly 400k in assets, but owes the moon.
- Par value of the shares is $0.10. So dumpers are bagholders, there is no dilution there.
