It means that some jacka.. dont know what to do with his money, since he likes blasting away comission, the same guy is trading AWYI as far as I can tell.

His idea/plan is to make people think that news is pending, of course doing it everyday, will make him hit the day news are out..
And then he can say told you so.. haha
