IMPORTANT DD This is what I have, so far. The part about Global Access Holding is still a little sketchy and I am not sure if that company is really still in business or if they became Gate Technologies. They seem to be all-in-one now. This is beginning to be like playing the Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon game LOL.

Global Access Trading Engine (GATE) was formerly known as Zealous ATS, LLC. It was acquired in 2008 and was a wholly owned subsidiary of Global Access Holdings that was founded by Vincent Molinari in 2003. (Here is our Milton Ault connection.) However, it would appear that Ault attempted to pull out of the acquisition and failed. This is one example of the power behind Molinari.

(Third – party research = Ockham Research, LLC ) Global Access Holdings LLC had a strategic alliance with Ockham Research, LLC. Now, the alliance is listed under Gate Technologies.

Strategic Alliance

Gate Technologies acquired InfoExchange, Inc. in Feb. 2011to provide investment research to customers, Chief Executive Officer Vince Molinari said.

Now, bear with me on this one:
Preston Pinkett
PRUDENTIAL FINANCIAL

Preston D. Pinkett III is Vice President and head of Prudential's Social Investment Program, which has a willingness to take informed risks in socially responsible investments that help create healthy, sustainable communities.
Prior to joining Prudential in 2007, Mr. Pinkett was the senior vice president for the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, where he managed funding and development programs to spur economic development in New Jersey. He also served as senior vice president with PNC Bank, where he founded and managed the PNC Development Bank and community development investment and lending activities.
Mr. Pinkett has a BS in Economics from Cornell University and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Prudential is a member of the Global Impact Investment Network who’s counsil members include the likes of The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

It was Prudential’s funding that made the Gate Global Impact / Angels in Action acquisition possible. These are the people that make or break the US markets in general and, of course, IMO, but see for yourself.
Global Impact Investing Network

Angels in Action is an operating division of Angel Acquisition Corp and was acquired by Gate Global Impact in Mar.2011. The division is focused on providing microfinance services in the U.S. marketplace.
