Bio: Charlene D. Davis is a director at Bayard. Charlene’s practice focus is corporate bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Charlene regularly represents creditor committees, trustees, debtors and creditors in many large bankruptcy cases. From 1989 through 1997, she served as a member of the Federal District Court CJA Blue Ribbon Panel.
Charlene authored a chapter related to appellate practice in Federal Practice Guide—Federal Appellate Procedure Third Circuit (Lawyers Cooperative Publishing, 1997).
