So the new talk now is that CL&I is not a lending institution but there job is to find a venture capital firm to lend BLDV the money for there project.

But.........

If they are not a lending institution then they would have no reason to collect anything needed to receive the financing. They would know nothing of BLDV having any PPA, land lease or anything.

So, there is no way that CL&I can tell anyone that BLDV does or does not have the necessary Requirements to receive lending.

Adam and Brad aren't relaying any personal information.
So anyone claiming that they are really needs to retract there statements.

Call CL&I yourself and ask if BLDV has these Requirements. They will not tell you yes or no.
