BYSD.. reverse merger.. gold miner into producing oil company. BYSD was $.80 on it's own last year. The miner looks like it could produce near $300 mill in revenues this year. Could be considered mid tier. Possible instant dollar from a half cent today. The website said everything will be revealed next week. If revenue estimates are correct, this could be a $5/share company even with a sub par PE!
