Talked to Sam Talari for a bit on the phone today.

Below are some highlights.

-News, according to Sam, is "just around the corner".

-The technical information license agreement with Itron is very much alive and well. SNIC prototype testing is underway to become fully compliant with their plans to market Itron or any customers and to obtain licensing. Sam cannot divulge an ETA on this....but it's still very much in the works.

-They are working diligently to complete the Broadband Holdings and Lockwood Technology acquisitions....so stay tuned.

-Infrax will be displaying their technology at the Hanover Fair in Germany on April 4th.

-Infrax has already reserved 2 large booths for next year's Distributech Conference. http://community.distributech.com/

-Sam and Paul realize that some may be disappointed with the PPS performance as of late. But they ask for our patience and want us to know that they ALWAYS have our best interests in mind....and that they are shareholders just like us. Sam said that tech stocks in general have taken a beating and that we fared pretty well considering.

-All of them got a big kick out of Paul Aiello's head on King Leonidas' body and really appreciate the support they get from the Spartans.

That's the gist of our conversation. Things are moving forward.
