For those new to board, this is a potential out of bankruptcy play. In this case it is subsidiary Innovex Thailand. We are getting signs after watching for last 9 months, that this emergence could be occurring soon. I will be attempting to put out a more comprehensive DD post later this week that collects much of what people have been digging up into one post. Lot of pieces of the puzzle, but if the subsidiary does indeed make an emergence out of bankruptcy, with the low O/S and last reported yearly revenues it has great mover potential IMO. Before it started having problems and when it was still on Nasdaq in 2005 the company was making ~$200,000,000/year. With the new faces coming in, in late 2008 and Randy Acres taking over as CEO at the beginning of 2010 as part of restructuring, we will see if they can return the company back to the glory days.
