EFLN is very undervalued in my opinion. Reasons are:
- Float of 700 or 750 million shares, decreased by the number of shares some of the members here are holding, including myself, is very small for the company trading at around 0.001, should be much higher.
- The company new management is not selling shares or planning to sell shares, which is obvious by their announcements and the fact that daily downside fluctuations are with very low volume
- The new management has put a land into the EFLN, free and clear, which was purchase some 6 or so years ago for $175,000 according to records, but could be worth many times over now because the 188 acres land has pine trees on it which can be sold, but the part of the land can be also used for Solar or Wind Generation projects in the future, according to company announcements.
- The new company is planning to put more Real Estate or some other assets or money making businesses, according to their announcements, because the increased PPS of EFLN will greatly help them by increasing their own value, together with value for all shareholders.
