Lawfirm Invests $200K Into VOXR Yields Mimimum .16 PPS

I spoke to the lawyers this afternoon, yes actually picked up the phone and called, DURHAM JONES & PINEGEAR is in, MOXLEY is not the investor, he's just the current registered agent for filings is all.

1) O/S 12.4M Float 2.8M

2) VOXR's old registered agent and R/M specialists, DURHAM JONES & PINEGEAR invested $200,000 into VOXR and recieved restricted stock. They did so to prep the shell for a R/M and to this day have a vested interest. They will continue to push to get a new company into VOXR. Their strike price is in the upper teens, but obviously want much more....closer to $1.00

3) Joseph Torkan, the CEO, owns 1.1M shares of VOXR

4) How many shares of VOXR did DURHAM JONES & PINEGEAR get? Well, it's less than 10% of the 12.4M O/S because there was no form 4 filed

5) At maximum, they recieved 1,239,999 shares for their $200,000

6) This would mean the O/S could be as high as 13,639,999 now

7) For them to break even on his $200,000 investment of 1,239,999 shares, the PPS would have to be at least .16

8) Why would they take that risk? Because they are R/M specialists. They know they will bring a minimum PPS of .16 to VOXR, that's only a $2.2M market cap. Obviously they want to do more than break even. We should be at a minimum of .16 PPS on this news, and speculatively who knows how high this can trade on short squeezes, float lock downs, rumors, and an actual R/M when it comes.

9) Here is 1 R/M deal they struck, worth $12M •Represented nCoat, a private company that recently merged into a public shell, in connection with its purchase of approximately $12 million of convertible notes and warrants.

9) Friggin hang on to your hat folks, verify with the CEO if you need to, the investment is real
