check this out... heres what i see going on with this one... although i am sure mr. farooque is grateful to have the aloe vera products in this company i believe the real reason he took over is to roll his us green energy inc. company into USFM why do i think that you ask? click on the company website here http://linkd.in/e5Zmj6 as you can see he has a company called us green energy inc. out of irvine california... now the reason i believe he's gonna take it public is read this http://mwne.ws/hYwU8W OTC:MGRN and us green energy inc. had signed a letter of intent for us green energy inc. to become a part of MGRN but they never consummated the deal... and then this snippet from the same press release US Green Energy, Inc. (USGE) is a pre-public holding company focused on acquiring high-growth firms, assets and properties in the Green & Renewable Energy industry. the pre-public holding company is what caught my eye... he's ready to roll this into a publicly traded company
