Eaton Vance Management, the Boston-based investment adviser, today announced the monthly distributions declared on the common shares of two of its closed-end equity funds (the "Funds"). The record date for the distributions is March 24, 2011, and the payable date is March 31, 2011. The ex-date is March 22, 2011. The distribution per share for each Fund is as follows:
