Is the moment upon us?

After watching the buying and activity this past week, I have been digging more to see what I could find. I just found some very interesting exchanges between ex-Innovex employees. This is used with Google Translate so not a great translation, but it gives the idea. It appears from this the court did approve the restructuring and the company is planning to start back up again. If this is indeed true this should shoot back up based on the previous DD as Innovex was a sizable player in the semiconductor industry. There are also some messages regarding tax issues from last week, hard to figure out translation, but that may be the final thing holding up the re-start. Watching very closely now, the moment could be approaching, trading activity may be indicating something is up.

Brent Roeger. I thought there was suppose to be a Court date for Innovex on November 24th? If so what happen? Hope everyone is well. Miss Chiang Mai!

I heard from someone that court take decision for Innovex to brush up the business. Someone that still be with Innovex told me they will start up on Dec 23....

Wisit Wangkanon still not open. They wait something else. Plan to open on middle of Jan.
