The CES patent was working just fine? lol You sure? But the products weren't selling. They were collecting dust on Walmart shelves. How could the patent and the products produced according to the CES patented formula be fine? They weren't fine. That's why Banks worked with Yang to improve things. If the patent was fine, why mess with it? Why modify and resubmit it?

Agree! Discontinued and rejected are not the same thing. Rejected is much more negative sounding then discontinued. lol Makes for bad press releases using the term rejected as a explanation to describe the status of their world wide patent application. John Bank's modified world wide patent was rejected. The formula he and Yang submitted apparently was already patented, or was pending waiting for approval.
