With regards to your message, the float is completely nil. the company that controls this owns 231,471,681 shares(restricted). there are 500,000,000 authorized. That leaves 268,528,319 within the "authorized" share count. Per the last 10-k, there was 20,000,000(31.6%) owned by insiders with an outstanding of roughly 52 million shares.

The float is somewhere between 50,000,000 and 100 million shares roughly(worst case). This is why the spread is large and why it moves drastically on low volume. The trades today were very silly, makes sense given the stupidity of many. There are a lot of kids playing in this type of equity market that are completely clueless. With an equity that is illiquid, the stupidity shows outright.
