The Company has also filed an Amendment to the Annual Officers list in Nevada updating the Officers and Directors of the Company.
The Company will now focus on closing its two recently announced Letters of Intent with ExtremeSEO Solution's (www.xtremeseoresults.com) retainer based business model adds for confident forecasting in quarters to come and E Graphix Inc. Global is forecasting conservative revenues of over $2.5 million with a focus on profitability in the fourth quarter of 2011 and doubling of revenues in 2012.
